- The Best sleeping time is 10PM to 4AM.

- A good habit is to drink water more in the morning and less at night.
- Don't take your medicines with cold water.
- Take less food after 5PM
- Don't lie down immediately after taking meal.
- When phone's battery is low to last bar, don't answer the call, because the radiation is 1000 times stronger.

I was just thinking about the sleeping time only. It needs to be corrected. Because of our phones and laptops and web series we do not take care of our health because of which we tend to sleep late and get up late as well. This was information was also given by the intensive case management last week. I have been focusing on it since then.
